Toen onze zoon Skip op 1,5 jarige leeftijd coeliakie bleek te hebben, ben ik mij gaan verdiepen in lekker en gezond glutenvrij eten. Mijn opleiding Natuurvoedings-adviseur heeft mij hierbij geholpen. Na mijn opleiding  ben ik aan de slag gegaan met een glutenvrij horeca- en educatieconcept: een veilige plek waar mensen zich geen zorgen hoeven te maken. De Glutenvrije Winkel is nu niet alleen een winkel met een groot assortiment aan glutenvrije producten maar ook een kenniscentrum en een eetgelegenheid. Ik ben trots op wat we in korte tijd hebben gerealiseerd en zie dagelijks met veel plezier mijn visie vorm krijgen.  [/vc_column_text][/vc_column][vc_column width=”1/3″][vc_column_text]

When it became apparent at the age of eighteen months that our son Skip had coeliac disease, I started taking an interest in appetizing and healthy gluten-free food. My training as a natural food adviser was a great help. After my course, I started studying the concept of gluten-free catering and education, and creating a safe place where people wouldn’t have to worry about what they ate. The Glutenvrije Winkel is now a shop with a large assortment of gluten-free products, but also an advice bureau and a place to eat.
